New Smyrna Beach,
Florida
Beachmaster Real Estate
        "Unconventionally Professional"

I've been coming to New Smyrna Beach since I was about 9 years old & it has been my home for over 27 years. I love it !

We are an out-of-the-way, eclectic, artsy, sub-culture of the Orlando Megalopolis, without the snobbishness of a Palm Beach or Naples. Our beach is one of the safest in the world for swimming ( yet has the highest # of shark bites [mostly surfers]...our sharks are friendly, they usually just taste and not eat you ! )

New Smyrna is also one of the first European settlements in the New World, considered second only to St. Augustine as oldest, continuously occupied town. The residents, for the most part, are very proud of the community & it's history, and are, per-capita, much more active in keeping the 'Quality of Life', that we experience, than what you'd find in most towns in the USA.

The South Beach ( Bethune & Silver Sands) is an unincorporated section of the island that lies between the city limits and the Canaveral National Seashore. Although we focus on all waterfront and beachside property, this is my particular area of expertise.

As you may see, from plats and aerial views on our listing pages, the South Beach  is a very narrow stretch of barrier island that offers an opportunity for unmatched views of the Indian River & the Atlantic Ocean with consistent tropical breezes between the two large waters. Seclusion and security allow for an escape from the everyday hassles of life... but still offer most of the things that a 'Water Oriented' person might desire: Inspiring sunrises, beautiful sunsets *, quiet beaches, great fishing, crabbing, shrimping, good people, and a relaxed 'live-and-let-live' attitude.

If you feel that this area matches your nature, and life needs, and wish further information about it, please call or E-mail. I'd be glad to work as your 'Buyer's Broker.'

Sincerely,
